I am looking for a "good deal", says Mr or Mrs Buyer. As a agent , what does that mean? Buyer's have so many choices of seller's to choose from, the owner selling their home themselves...corporations selling homes of employees they are moving...foreclosures by banks and government agencies....foreclosures sold at the court house steps.... listings in the MLS services....builder's selling new homes and the list goes on and on. The public has some unreal expectations sometimes as to what they can buy a property for...being foreclosed or distressed does not necessarily mean the seller is willing to take thousands less than the property is truly worth. When looking for a "good deal", the buying public needs the resources and expertise of a Realtor to lead them , guide them and supply them with information to make a informed decision.
